Plumbing Permits
A plumbing permit is required when:
- Installing a toilet/shower in my/my client's basement (not roughed in)
- Building a house, row house, semi-detached house or showhome
If you are installing a toilet and/or shower in a basement that is already roughed-in, a permit is not required.
A certified plumbing journeyman must apply for commercial plumbing permits. Contractors applying for plumbing permits must have a valid business licence in the City of Spruce Grove.
Wait times are approximately three business days.
