Event application forms

Hosting a community event? Looking for information or assistance?

If you are hosting an event in the City of Spruce Grove, we would like to know about it. Permits or permissions are required for some events.

To begin, please complete and return the Application for Community Event form. We will contact you to determine what support can be provided, and what the next steps are.

If your event involves a request to close or otherwise affect a roadway, you will also need to complete and return the Application for Road Closure form.

Please note that City parks and trails cannot be rented or reserved for exclusive use.
