The City of Spruce Grove is required by the Municipal Government Act to establish quasi-judicial boards to hear complaints about property tax assessments.

Composite and Local Assessment Review Boards

Commercial, industrial, multi-family and residential assessment complaints with 4 or more dwelling units are heard by the Composite Assessment Review Board.

Residential complaints with 3 or fewer dwelling units, and farmland are heard by the Local Assessment Review Board.

Assessment Review Board Hearings
