Public Ice Programs
Stay active while exploring the City of Spruce Grove’s newly expanded public ice opportunities. These programs take place from October to March at the the Stu Barnes Arena (Agrena), Cst. Brett Ryan Community Arena, and Thompson Family Arena (both at Heavy Metal Place). From relaxed public and senior's skates to stick and puck practice and lively shinny games, there’s something for every age and skill level. These skating opportunities are self-directed and City staff do not lead on-ice activities. Lace up, have fun, and enjoy the ice at your own pace.
