- Helmets are mandatory for all users during ice rentals.
- No liquor, tobacco products or sunflower seeds allowed in the facility
- Bring your own lock. The City of Spruce Grove assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen articles.
- It is the responsibility of the lessee to obtain all necessary permits and licenses, and to adhere to all of the requirements of those permits and licenses.

Any vandalism, rowdy behaviour or extended use of allotted time may be subject to additional charges or loss of privileges.
