Bulk Water Sales

As of March 2026, the City of Spruce Grove has transitioned its bulk water management system to Water+ Cloud—a secure, web-based platform designed to give you total control over your water usage and account management. The new online system, managed by Flowpoint Systems, allows bulk water customers to self-serve in a digital environment, offering several benefits:

  • 24/7 self-service to add funds to your account, check your balance, pre-pay for water, and see all invoices automatically
  • Enhanced access with cardless entry and a centralized dashboard to manage multiple trucks and drivers
  • Advanced reporting with custom reports on quantity, location, and time water was dispensed and real-time data

How to get started

  1. Register online: Visit our new online portal to create an account.
    If you’re already a bulk water customer and did not receive an email, please reach out to 780-962-7597 to receive a link to transfer your current account into the new system and ensure any existing balances are transferred to your new Water+ account. 
  2. Set your PIN: Choose a secure PIN that you or your drivers will use at the station
  3. Add funds: Pre-pay for your water online through the secure system
  4. Start filling: Head to 136 South Avenue and enter your codes at the terminal to begin

Requirements for filling

Please note that the connections at the truckfill station accommodates 2” and 4” hoses. To prevent contamination, customers must maintain an air gap between their hose and the vehicle/vessel. 

Rate

Effective January 1, 2026, water is sold at the rate of $5.13 m3 (approx. 220 gallons).
