What is Online Services?

A City of Spruce Grove Online Services account allows customers to see all the City of Spruce Grove accounts that are registered in their name. This includes tax and utility accounts, as well as business licence information.

People can also use their Online Services account to create a service request to report a problem that needs to be resolved, and then monitor the progress of the request through to completion. Examples of problems that can be reported include damaged signs or sidewalks, or missed waste collection. A full list of all the items that can be requested and reported is available within the Online Services system.

How do I sign up for an Online Services account?

To register for an Online Services account, you will need your Customer Number and Web Access Code, which can be found on your utility bill. If you don’t have a copy of your utility bill, you can also get this information by visiting City Hall or calling 780-962-7597.

Enter your Customer Number and Web Access Code on the registration screen. You will be asked to choose a user name, which will be confirmed in an e-mail to the address you provide during the registration process. You will then be issued a password that will be generated within one business day and sent to you in the mail. If you do not receive your password by mail, please call us at 780-962-7597.

How do I log in to Online Services?

Once you receive your password in the mail, you can activate your account and log in to Online Services.

Online Services is optimally displayed in the PC environment with Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher or Mozilla Firefox 4.0 or higher. It is best viewed on 1024 x 768 pixels and higher monitor resolution.
