Event Invitation Request for Mayor and Council

The Mayor and other members of City Council are pleased to make themselves available for various community events or to send greetings for a special occasion. To make a request, please submit the form below that best suits your needs.

To ensure that a member of City Council can be in attendance at your event or have messages available in time for a special occasion, please submit your request at least 3 weeks in advance.

A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your request.

Your personal information is being collected by the City of Spruce Grove under section 4(c)of the Protection of Privacy (POPA) Act. Any personal information collected will be used for the purpose of for administering event attendance scheduling. All information will be managed and disposed in accordance with the city’s record management retention.
