The Mayor and other members of City Council are pleased to make themselves available for various community events or to send greetings for a special occasion. To make a request, please submit the form below that best suits your needs.

To ensure that a member of City Council can be in attendance at your event or have messages available in time for a special occasion, please submit your request at least 3 weeks in advance.

• Event invitation request
  For those hosting a community, charitable, cultural or business-related event
• Birthday or anniversary message request
  For those celebrating 75+ years of age or 50+ years of marriage

A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your request.
