Community Use of Schools

Minor (17 years of age and under) Organizations with a majority of its participants residing in the City of Spruce Grove will be given priority.

Facility requests are not guaranteed. Bookings may be occasionally cancelled due to school use. Bookings are not permitted on non-school days. Facility bookings are not confirmed until a contract has been signed and returned to the Facility Bookings Specialist from the Recreation and Culture department for the City of Spruce Grove.

I understand that prior to school use, I must provide a current copy of the organizational insurance with two million liability insurance that name the following organizations listed below as additional insured:
