City of Spruce Grove utility customers can now go paperless with their monthly utility bills by signing up for the City’s e-bill notification service. This service will send you an email notification when your utility bill is ready to view online.

Between May 1 – July 31, 2025, sign up to receive utility e-bill notifications to your email and be entered to win a $100 credit on your next bill!

Contest rules:
Two winners will be randomly selected at the end of each month for May, June and July. Each winner will receive a $100 credit applied to their next utility bill. Limit one credit per customer. Winners will be contacted via email or phone.
How do I sign up for e-billing?
You can follow along with our video tutorial to sign up to receive e-bill notifications, or follow the steps below:
- Log in to your City of Spruce Grove Online Services account. If you don’t already have an Online Services account, register for one first.
- Click on your utility account(s) number.
- Click on e-billing in the left-side menu.
- Select the account(s) you want to add to the e-bill notification service.
How does e-billing work?
Once you have signed up for the e-bill notification service, you will receive an email when your utility bill is available for viewing through Online Services. To view your utility bill:
- Log in to Online Services.
- Click on your utility account(s) number.
- Click on Transactions and Balances in the left-side menu.
- Click on your current utility bill to view.
