Utility bill and payment updates for residents
The recent Canada Post strike impacted the mailing schedule for utility bills in Spruce Grove.
January utility bills: Residents who have not signed up for e-billing will receive their January bills by mail early next month.
December utility bills: Utility bills that would have normally been mailed at the beginning of December if not for the mail disruption will not be mailed retroactively now that mail service has resumed. Residents can access their December bills in one of the following ways:
- View online through Online Services.
- Request a printed copy at City Hall during regular business hours.
- Inquire about your balance by calling 780-962-7597 or emailing utinfo@sprucegrove.org.
Residents are also reminded that they are responsible for making utility bill payments on time. Payments can be made through pre-authorized payments, online banking or in person at your bank. Payments may also be dropped off at City Hall at 315 Jespersen Avenue (use the drop box to the left of the front doors after hours). Please be aware of seasonal closures.
