Residents are invited to view highlights from the City of Spruce Grove’s Proposed 2027-2029 Budget and Fiscal Plan in advance of upcoming Governance and Priorities Committee (GPC) meetings dedicated to these topics.
This highlights document is a summary of the proposed municipal budget and how funds are allocated to various programs, service areas and projects. It also contains a breakdown of the utility rates and property taxes City Administration is recommending to Council.
The full Proposed 2027-2029 Budget and Fiscal Plan is also available and includes the proposed operating and capital budgets that will be presented to Council during a series of GPC meetings from Nov. 2 to 5, 2026.
Please note that the GPC meeting on Nov. 5 will only take place if additional time is needed to review the proposed agenda.
During these meetings, Council will review the Proposed Budget and Fiscal Plan, discuss Administration’s recommendations, and provide direction that will inform the revised 2027-2029 Budget and Fiscal Plan, which will be presented for approval at the Dec. 7 City Council meeting.
