I understand to be a vendor in the Spruce Grove Light Up Vendor Market I must use a 10x10 tent and 30 lbs. weights on each leg. *

I acknowledge that my 10x10 tent must be compliant with Spruce Grove Special Event Fire Regulations. *

I understand to be a vendor in the Spruce Grove Light Up Vendor Market I am solely responsible for bringing all items required for booth set up such as (but not limited to): tables, chairs, displays, cash float. * Please note that there is no Wi-Fi at the event site. *

Vendors are responsible for bringing adequate lighting to the event for their booth. There will be power onsite to plug into, however this is to only be used for lighting. * Vendors must bring a 30-foot extension cord to plug into the main power source for lighting. *

I understand that I am NOT permitted to bring a generator or a space heater to site. *

I acknowledge that there will be no refund of vendor fees should I cancel my participation in the event. *

I understand all documents must be received by the required deadlines or my application will be considered null and void. *

I understand the City of Spruce Grove has the discretion and reserves the right to refuse any application. All requirements are outlined on the Application Form. *

I understand that conditionally accepted applications become a binding contract with the City of Spruce Grove. I will be required to set up and work onsite on November 29, 2025. Breaking this contract will result in losing my vendor fees paid. *

I HEREBY RELEASE the City of Spruce Grove, its agents, officials, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, servants or representatives (hereinafter referred to as “the City of Spruce Grove”) from all responsibility for any death, injury, loss or damage of any kind suffered by myself, my agents, or employees, unless such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of the City of Spruce Grove. I HEREBY AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY the City of Spruce Grove from any and all liability for any damage to property of or personal injury to any person resulting from my use, my agents use, or employees use, of or presence at the event. *
