Residents are invited to attend an open house to provide feedback on a new proposed affordable housing project in the Spruce Ridge neighbourhood.

Meridian Housing Foundation is proposing the new affordable housing project that would provide residents with housing opportunities based on household income. This is not emergency or supportive housing.

The proposed four-storey project would align with existing neighbourhood standards with high-quality design and landscaping features that will positively contribute to the community with minimal impacts on local traffic and park space.

City support would involve providing City-land that is approved for mixed medium to high density development, pending approval by City Council. Meridian Housing Foundation will design, construct, and own the proposed development.
