Contracted Vehicles for Snow Hauling

The City of Spruce Grove is accepting applications for snow clearing and hauling for the 2026–2027 winter season.

Application information

Contractors can download and fill out a pre-qualification form. Please ensure all required documents are included with your application. 

Requirements

Contractors must have the following:

  • A current City of Spruce Grove business license
  • WCB number
  • Insurance
  • Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR) or Certificate of Recognition (COR)
  • Proof of Annual Safety Fitness Certificate for all pieces of equipment registered in their applications

All applications are pending until all documents are reviewed, verified and approved. Incomplete applications will be rejected. Successful candidates will be notified by the Public Works department.

All equipment MUST meet the requirements of the City of Spruce Grove, specifically the side boards on trucks for snow hauling. A copy of the requirements for these side boards is enclosed within the application.  

Pre-qualification deadline

The pre-qualification deadline is Monday, November 2, 2026 at 4 p.m.
