• Jennifer Heil Way pedestrian walkway construction
• King Street watermain, sanitary sewer and storm sewer infrastructure improvements – City Centre area redevelopment
• King Street surface rehabilitation and streetscape design – City Centre area redevelopment
• Harvest Ridge Park playground replacement
