Upcoming stormwater management facility maintenance
To support the City’s stormwater management system, maintenance work has been scheduled for three stormwater management facilities (SWMF) in Westgrove and Jubilee Park.
This work, which is expected to start in the next few days to take advantage of the current frozen ground conditions and minimize disturbance, will include vegetation removal, sediment cleanout, erosion control improvements, and flushing of inlet and outlet structures.
Each location is expected to take approximately one to two weeks to complete and depending on weather conditions, crews may move between locations to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Residents in these areas may notice equipment, temporary signage, and increased activity during the work period.
