A new look and feel for monthly utility bills

Residents will soon notice a new look to their utility bills.

Starting in August, utility bills will have an updated format that will help make it simpler for utility account holders to understand their bill and utility consumption.

Here’s what you can expect to see starting with your August utility bill:

• An updated layout that will be easier to read
• Consumption details including the date meter readings were taken during the billing cycle
• A look at your historic usage details to compare usage over time
