Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Hearing

The following appeals will come before the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) of the City of Spruce Grove on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, Third Floor, Spruce Grove City Hall at 315 Jespersen Avenue:

1. Conditional Approval of Development Permit PLDPR202600626 to operate a group home, limited, located at 78 Marlboro Drive, legally described as Plan 7521495; Block 8; Lot 25. The Development Permit Application was approved with conditions on August 10, 2026.
2. Immediately following the conclusion of the first hearing, Refusal of Development Permit PLDPR202600625 to construct a secondary suite, located at 11 Eton Link, legally described as Plan 2221764; Block 3; Lot 28. The Development Permit Application was refused on August 26, 2026.

If you or someone you represent is affected by the proposed development you may participate in person at the hearing or provide a written submission to the SDAB. If you wish to submit written material to the SDAB for inclusion in the hearing agenda package, it should be received by the Clerk by noon on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 by email, or by mail, SDAB Clerk, 315 Jespersen Avenue, Spruce Grove, Alberta, T7X 3E8. Visuals such as PowerPoint presentations, photos, or graphics are considered to be a written submission. If you are unable to meet this submission deadline, please bring 10 copies of the materials to the hearing and they will be distributed at the start of the hearing. Any written and/or visual material received will be made available to the public.
