Join us for the Tri-Municipal Region Information Night 

Showcase your recreation, sport, wellness, culture, arts, or heritage programs and services to the Tri-Municipal Region community. Community organizations and businesses interested in participating must register in advance to secure a table.

Hosted by the Tri-Municipal Region partners, this event offers an excellent opportunity for organizations and businesses to:

  • Share program and service information
  • Accept registrations
  • Recruit volunteers
  • Conduct fundraising or related sales

Info Night is free for the general public to attend.

Existing organizations: Log in to your account and register.

New organizations: Create an account using your business or organization email address.

Eligibility

  • Local Organizations/Businesses: Must operate within the Tri-Municipal Region (Stony Plain, Parkland County, or Spruce Grove) and offer programs or services in sport, recreation, wellness, culture, arts, or heritage that serve Tri-Region residents.
  • Non-Local Organizations/Businesses: Must offer programs or services not currently available through existing local providers, and these services must be accessible to residents of the Tri-Municipal Region.
  • Religious Organizations: Can register if they offer a program or activity based in recreation, sport, wellness, culture, arts, or heritage within the Tri-Region. Programs must not involve proselytizing or recruiting for faith.
  • Ineligible Participants: Political parties and politically affiliated groups are not eligible to attend.
