City Phone System Outage

The City’s phone system will be undergoing maintenance Saturday, March 21, between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. During this maintenance window, incoming and outgoing calls and voicemail will be unavailable at all City facilities. Callers will receive a busy signal if they attempt to call any City facility during the outage.

The outage has no effect on organizations within City facilities, like the Spruce Grove Aerials Gymnastics Club at the Border Paving Athletic Centre or the Spruce Grove Public Library North East Branch at Heavy Metal Place.

The outage also has no effect on 9-1-1 or Enforcement Services dispatch. In the event of an emergency that would require fire, police or ambulance response, call 9-1-1.
