The Recommended 2026 - 2028 Budget and Fiscal Plan will be presented to Spruce Grove City Council during a series of Governance and Priorities Committee meetings scheduled for November 17, 18, 19, and 20 starting at 5 p.m. The meetings are open to the public and livestreamed.

The Budget and Fiscal Plan outlines the resources required to deliver the City’s programs and services, provide funding to the community, and implement Council’s vision as described within the 2022 - 2025 City of Spruce Grove Strategic Plan.

During these meetings, Council will review the plan, discuss Administration’s recommendations and provide direction on what they’d like to see in the final Budget and Fiscal Plan, which will be presented at a Regular Council meeting in December.

Public Question and Answer Period

Members of the public may participate in the public question and answer period to ask a question about the Recommended 2026 - 2028 Budget and Fiscal Plan or proposed 2026 budget by registering at cityclerk@sprucegrove.org or by calling 780-962-7615 before noon on November 17 to ask a question in person. When registering, please provide the question you intend to ask. Alternately, residents can submit a question to be asked on their behalf by emailing cityclerk@sprucegrove.org until the public question and answer period is complete.

In-person attendees will have two minutes to ask their question. One question per person is permitted. Questions may be answered during the meeting or may be referred to Administration for further research. In all cases you will receive a reply.
