Key Requirements

The City of Spruce Grove must advertise all procurement opportunities valued at $75,000 and above for goods and services and $200,000 and above for construction.

Opportunities notices are advertised on Alberta Purchasing Connection with a link to the City's electronic bidding system for the opportunity details.

E-procurement

All public bidding opportunities are available to view and bid on our electronic bidding system, Euna Procurement.

Trade agreement obligations

The City of Spruce Grove is obligated to comply with the following trade agreements:

1. New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA): An agreement between the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

2. Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA): An agreement between all Canadian provinces and territories.

3. Canadian-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA): An agreement between 27 countries of the European Union and Canada.

4. Trade Continuity Agreement (TCA): An agreement between the United Kingdom and Canada.
