Land Use Bylaw Open House

Residents are invited to attend a public open house to provide feedback on proposed adjustments to the Land Use Bylaw.

The proposed adjustments would introduce a new residential zoning district for apartment buildings, provide clarity about what types of future housing can be developed in existing residential districts, and restrict future secondary suite developments on properties on collector roads to reduce traffic and on-street parking impacts.
