Third party advertisers
A Third Party Advertiser is an individual, corporation or group who promotes or opposes a candidate through election advertising during the election advertising period (May 1 to October 20, 2025). Third party advertisers must register with the City of Spruce Grove if they have incurred (or plan to incur) expenses of at least $1,000 for election advertising or have accepted (or plan to accept) advertising contributions of at least $1,000.
Third party advertisers must follow the rules in the Local Authorities Election Act (LAEA) Part 8 and must comply with the City of Spruce Grove Election Sign Bylaw. Click here for further information on election sign requirements at the City of Spruce Grove.
