City staff have been asked to be creative, curious, and collaborative as the City of Spruce Grove embarks on Reframe 2020.
An organization-wide initiative, Reframe 2020 will be an opportunity to reflect on what the City does well, what it needs to do better, and what it needs to change to continue providing quality services to the citizens of Spruce Grove.
“This is the start of our journey to developing and sharing ideas that will contribute towards building a great city,” said City Manager Simon Farbrother.
Staff gathered to kick off Reframe 2020 on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2020, with two all-staff launch sessions at the Elks Hall.
The event included presentations by members of the City’s leadership team and provided opportunities for staff to participate and work together in a collaborative, thought-provoking environment. Staff were also asked to share three words to describe Reframe 2020, which were used to create a word cloud.
Updates on the work that is being done as part of Reframe 2020 will be shared with the community on a regular basis.
