2022 property tax notices have been mailed

May 24, 2022

All City of Spruce Grove 2022 property tax notices have now been mailed.

Payments are due by June 30, 2022. The following methods of payment are accepted:

  • Preauthorized monthly payment plan. Enrollment forms are available online.
  • At your financial institution. Make payments in person or through telephone/online banking. Please use your tax roll number and allow three to five business days for payment to be received.
  • Drop box at City Hall. Payments may be left in the secure drop box at City Hall, located to the left of the main entrance (include your remittance with your cheque). Postdated cheques to June 30, 2022, are accepted.
  • By mail. Include the remittance stub with your payment to ensure it is credited to the correct tax account and mail it to Spruce Grove City Hall.

Credit cards are not accepted as a payment method for property taxes.

Failure to receive a tax notice does not affect the responsibility to pay taxes by the due date.

Due to the processing delay at the Province of Alberta Land Titles Office, recent ownership and mailing address changes may not be reflected on Property Tax Notices.

If you haven’t received your notice by the middle of June or if you have any questions in regards to your property taxes, please call 780-962-7634 ext. 119 or email propertytaxes@sprucegrove.org
