Bylaw C-1094-19 City Manager’s Bylaw – Second and Third Reading

Council gave second and third reading to Bylaw C-1094-19, which changes the bylaw to align the City Manager's threshold for acceptance of gifts with that of Council and Administration and clarifies the claims settlement authority delegated to the City Manager.

Bylaw C-1103-19 Conversion Therapy Prohibition Bylaw – First Reading

Council gave first reading to Bylaw C-1103-19, which prohibits any person from performing Conversion Therapy on a minor or any person without valid consent and prohibits advertising of Conversion Therapy services. The bylaw will return for second reading during a future City Council meeting.
