Youth Wellness Kits
Spruce Grove's Youth Wellness Kits are developed through the Rural Mental Health Network in partnership with Spruce Grove FCSS and WestView Primary Care Network.
Kits are for youth aged 11-25 in Spruce Grove. They support youth to connect and explore the Canadian Mental Health Association's "8 Domains of Mental Wellness" with tangible opportunities and activities.
Kits are available by contacting the Spruce Grove PCN Community Connector, Prab Gill at prab.gill@westviewpcn.ca.
Kits are FREE, and available while supplies last. Youth who receive a kit are asked to provide feedback.
