Second Public Hearing - Proposed Amendment to Land Use Bylaw (City Centre Area Redevelopment Plan)

It is City Council’s intention to hold a second public hearing as part of their consideration of
Bylaw C-1074-19 City Centre Area Redevelopment Plan. The redevelopment plan provides a concept and supportive policies to guide redevelopment in the ‘city centre’ area. The lands subject of Bylaw C-1074-19 are located within the Spruce Grove’s Municipal Development Plan’s City Centre Boundary as depicted in the colour black on the map.

Participation procedures

If you or someone you represent is affected by the proposed bylaw, you may address City Council at the Public Hearing.

Written submissions will be accepted until noon on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. These must be signed, dated, and contain your civic address. Written submissions received by this date/time will be included as part of the council meeting agenda package and will be reviewed before oral representations are heard.

Copies of the proposed bylaw amendment(s) are available upon request from the Planning and Development Department by calling or emailing the case planner as noted below.
