Public Hearing - Removal of Municipal Reserve Designation

It is the intention of Council to remove the municipal reserve designation from a portion of a reserve (R) lot located in Heritage Grove Park.  The lands abut the north boundary of Weston Drive, east of St. Joseph Catholic School, and are legally described as part of Plan 782 3421, Block 1, Lot 1R, as shown on the map.

The purpose for removing the municipal reserve designation is to facilitate the sale of these land to correct for buildings that encroach into Heritage Grove Park.

Representation

If you or someone you represent is affected by the proposed bylaw(s), you may address City Council at this public hearing.

Written submissions will be received by the City Clerk until noon on Wednesday, January 9, 2019. Written submissions received before the designated time will be reviewed before oral presentations are heard.

Copies of the proposed bylaw amendment(s) are available from Planning and Development, 414 King Street, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
