It is the intention of Council to consider Bylaw C-1060-18, a bylaw to amend the City of Spruce Grove Land Use Bylaw C-824-12. This bylaw will amend the development regulations in Section 115 – R1 – Mixed Low to Medium Density Residential District to change the minimum width of a site to accommodate a single detached dwelling with alley access from 9.0 m to 8.5 m.

Participation procedures

If you or someone you represent is affected by the proposed bylaw(s), you may address City Council at this public hearing. Those wishing to speak to Council must pre-register with the City Clerk by Wednesday, January 23 at 12 p.m. by email, or by phone at 587-336-0387.

Written submissions will be accepted until noon on Wednesday, January 23, 2019. These must be signed, dated, and contain your civic address. Written submissions received by this date/time will be included as part of the council meeting agenda package and will be reviewed before oral representations are heard.
