It is the intention of Council to consider Bylaw C-1099-19, a bylaw to close an area of Road Right-of-Way. This bylaw will close 0.500 hectares of surplus road right-of-way on the west side of Golden Spike Road, adjacent the property located at 17 Golden Spike Road, as shown on the map.
The Road Closure is legally described as:
All that area shown as Road within the bounds of registered Plan 002 0866.

Written submissions will be accepted until noon on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. These must be signed, dated, and contain your civic address. Written submissions received by this date/time will be included as part of the council meeting agenda package and will be reviewed before oral representations are heard.
