Public Hearing - Proposed Amendment to Land Use Bylaw (City Centre Area Redevelopment Plan)

It is the intention of Council to hold a public hearing as part of their consideration of Bylaw C-1074-19 City Centre Area Redevelopment Plan. This bylaw provides a concept plan and supportive policies intended to guide redevelopment in the ‘city centre’ area.  The lands subject of Bylaw C-1074-19 are located within the City Centre Boundary as identified in Spruce Grove’s Municipal Development Plan as shown in black on the attached map.

Representation

If you or someone you represent is affected by the proposed bylaw, you may address City Council at the Public Hearing.

Written submissions will be accepted until noon on Wednesday, May 22, 2019. These must be signed, dated, and contain your civic address. Written submissions received by this date/time will be included as part of the council meeting agenda package and will be reviewed before oral representations are heard.
