It is City Council’s intention to hold a public hearing as part of their consideration of Bylaw C-1205-22 Land Use Bylaw Amendment – Redistricting and DC.12 Fenwyck Semi-Detached Direct Control District. This bylaw proposes a new direct control district that would allow Semi-Detached dwellings to be developed with front or rear access and provides for the development of Secondary Suites. The associated redistricting area is approximately 4.3 ha of Lot 1, Block A, Plan 172 3519 in the central area of the Fewnyck neighbourhood and will redistrict areas for DC.12 - Fenwyck Semi-Detached Direct Control District, R1 – Mixed Low to Medium Density Residential District, and P1 – Parks and Recreation District.

Residents can either verbally speak or submit a question or statement to Council by email until the Public Hearing is closed. To arrange to verbally speak you must pre-register with the City Clerk by Monday, July 18, 2022 at 12 p.m. by email cityclerk@sprucegrove.org or by calling 587-336-0387. To provide an emailed question or statement you may email it to cityclerk@sprucegrove.org until the Public Hearing is closed.
Written submissions
Written submissions will be received by the City Clerk by mail at City Hall, 315 Jespersen Avenue, Spruce Grove, AB, T7X 3E8, or by email to cityclerk@sprucegrove.org, until noon on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. These must be signed, dated, and contain your civic address. Written submissions received by this date/time will be included as part of the council meeting agenda package.
