Public Hearing - Development Permit Application for a Liquor Store Use

It is City Council’s intention to hold a virtual public hearing to consider Development Permit Application PL202000000438 to locate a Liquor Store use within Suite 110 of the existing building located at 205 Jennifer Heil Way in the Direct Control District.

The Public Hearing can be viewed online during our December 14 virtual council meeting.

Participation procedures

If you or someone you represent is affected by the application for development permit, you may participate in the virtual council meeting to address City Council at the Public Hearing. Those wishing to speak to Council must pre-register with the City Clerk by Monday, December 14, 2020 at 12 p.m. by email, at cityclerk@sprucegrove.org, or by telephone at 587-336-0387. The City Clerk will provide registered participants with information necessary to access the public hearing by virtual means.

Written submissions will be accepted until noon on Wednesday, December 9, 2020. These must be signed, dated, and contain your civic address. Written submissions received by this date/time will be included as part of the council meeting agenda package and will be reviewed before oral representations are heard.
