It is City Council’s intention to hold a public hearing as part of their consideration of Bylaw C-1178-21 Land Use Bylaw Amendment – Deer Park Commercial Expansion. This bylaw will redistrict 0.25 ha of land within Unit A, Plan 212 2013, from R1 - Mixed Low to Medium Density Residential District to C3 – Neighbourhood Retail and Service District. The proposed redistricting area would provide for the development of an expanded commercial site at the corner of Jennifer Heil Way and Dalton Link.
