- 6:00 PM
It is City Council’s intention to hold a virtual public hearing as part of their consideration of Bylaw C-1151-21 Land Use Bylaw Amendment – Redistricting – McLaughlin Stage 6. This bylaw will redistrict 2.0 ha of land within the NW 4-53-27-W4, from UR - Urban Reserve to R1 - Mixed Low to Medium Density Residential and P1 - Parks and Recreation District. The proposed redistricting area would provide for the development of an additional residential stage in the McLaughlin neighbourhood, including a small linear park.
The Public Hearing can be viewed online during our April 26 virtual council meeting.
