It is City Council’s intention to hold a virtual public hearing as part of their consideration of Bylaw C-1139-20 Land Use Bylaw Amendment – Redistricting – DC.10 - Prescott Direct Control District. This bylaw will redistrict 0.41 ha of land legally known as Plan 1820352 Block 107 Lots 1 - 6 and 8 - 17, from R1 LOW TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT to DC.10 - PRESCOTT DIRECT CONTROL DISTRICT. The proposed redistricting area would provide for the development of 16 Row Housing, Street Oriented units with Secondary Suites.
The Public Hearing can be viewed online during our January 11 virtual council meeting.
If you or someone you represent is affected by one of the proposed bylaws, you may participate in the virtual council meeting to address City Council at the Public Hearing. Those wishing to speak to Council must pre-register with the City Clerk by Monday, January 11 at 12 p.m. by email, at email@example.com, or by telephone at 587-336-0387. Written submissions will be received until noon on Wednesday, January 6, 2021. These must be signed, dated, and contain your civic address. Written submissions received by this date/time will be included as part of the council meeting agenda package and will be reviewed before oral representations are heard.
