Public Hearing - Bylaw C-1133-20

Land Use Bylaw Amendment – Text Amendment – Mobile Vending

    • Monday, January 11, 2021
    • 6:00 PM

It is City Council’s intention to hold a virtual public hearing as part of their consideration of Bylaw C-1133-20 Land Use Bylaw Amendment – Text Amendment – Mobile Vending. This bylaw will form part of the updated mobile vending strategy for the City. The purpose of this bylaw is to remove the requirement of a development permit for mobile vending uses in certain non-residential districts, provided specific regulations are respected. In these cases the City would not require additional documentation or provide a permit – the authorization is between the vendor and the property owner.

The Public Hearing can be viewed online during our January 11 virtual council meeting.
