Outdoor Ice Surfaces

As of March 9, 2012, all outdoor ice surfaces are closed for the remainder of the season.

The City of Spruce Grove has three outdoor skating rinks, three leisure ice pads and one oval available for use. The outdoor ice surfaces are free for the community to use and are not scheduled.

The City will endeavor to operate the outdoor ice surfaces from December 5 – February 28, weather permitting. Please note:

City operated outdoor ice surfaces are inspected and flooded once a day, weather permitting.
No maintenance/inspection activity will take place on statutory holidays.
The City reserves the right to close ice surfaces based on ice surface conditions.
All outdoor ice surfaces close at 10 p.m.
