Notes

Liquor licence required if serving alcohol.
Keys not required. Agrena staff will open for rental (call for assistance 780-919-7442).
When booking, please include set-up and take-down times.
Fridays and Saturdays can be booked until 1 a.m., all other days until midnight.
Persons signing the contract must be 18 years of age or older.
Tables (rectangular) and chairs provided.

Cancellation policy

With 14 days written notice of cancellation, the rental fee, minus $15 or 10 per cent (whichever is greater), will be refunded. With less than 14 days written notice, The City may retain the entire rental fee.
