Conversations that Count: The Art of Meaningful Dialogue

When it comes right down to it, everything is about relationships. Whether it is with your co-workers, clients or within your personal life, the conversations you are willing to have determine the quality of relationships you enjoy. With a fresh perspective on the importance of communication, you'll learn simple strategies to help you have more meaningful conversations.

Part One - The conversation is the relationship

Learn why our relationships at work and at home succeed or fail one conversation at a time and the impact created when we hold ourselves back from the conversation.

Part Two - Learning to unzip

What you don't say often matters more than what you do say. Find out why we hold back from saying things and how to start sharing the easy and the hard stuff.

Part Three - Taking on the Bold Conversation

We all have conversations that we have been avoiding. Learn the best strategies for tackling difficult conversations.
