Spruce Grove Fire Services team in Weekend to End Women's Cancers

Although our daily focus is maintaining and improving the city of Spruce Grove, we also participate in many activities that benefit our community.

Our firefighters raise money for cancer charities in their custom-designed pink bunker gear, through the Weekend to End Women's Cancers and other events. Other staff participate and support fundraising for similar events, including the St. Valentine’s Day Hair Massacure, Canadian Cancer Society Relay for Life, and the MS Society of Canada Walk, among others charities.

We are also proud to support efforts to feed and clothe the homeless by donating our time and money.

City staff always come through, often meeting or exceeding the fundraising goals set out by participants.
