Finance

The Finance section of Corporate Services provides financial services to the public and to the organization.  

Finance is responsible for invoicing, payments to vendors, collections and payment processing.

Finance plays a lead role in the development and implementation of the City’s annual budget, fiscal plan, and year-end financial review, and provides advice on key financial issues.  

Cash management, financial implications of administrative recommendations, and the evaluation of the financial health of the City are all part of this area's mandate.

Finance also administers the City’s Payroll system.

The City is committed to providing these services in a fiscally responsible manner by ensuring the best use of The City of Spruce Grove’s financial resources. Quality customer service is also a high priority.
