City Clerk's Office

In accordance with the Municipal Government Act and other legislation, the City Clerk’s office serves the Corporation of The City of Spruce Grove and its residents by:

• providing leadership and support to administration in the development of the City’s bylaws and policies
• preparing and managing Agendas for City Council and Committee of the Whole Meetings and recording the decisions of those meetings
• conducting census, and elections functions
• acting as the FOIP Coordinator for the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act
• ensuring security and maintenance of the corporate records
• administering customer service, insurance and risk management programs for the City
