$75,000 funding commitment completion for Lions Log Cabin

Members of the Spruce Grove Lions Club join City of Spruce Grove Council in front of the newly erected sign for the Lions Log Cabin. The sign recognizes the Lions for their support for the cabin. The Spruce Grove Lions Club completed its $75,000 funding commitment for the Lions Log Cabin on June 28, 2010. The Lions Club began funding the project in 1996, and contributed $5,000 annually for 15 years.

The money was used for construction and renovations to the cabin, which is home to programs like the Log Cabin Youth Mentorship program.
