Corporate Plan Submissions
Each year, residents and community groups have an opportunity to make a submission to the City of Spruce Grove for consideration in the corporate planning and fiscal planning process.
Submissions for consideration in the 2014 - 2016 Corporate Plan were accepted until April 2, 2013. These submissions will be considered and prioritized as part of the City’s annual corporate planning process, which begins in March and continues until September.
All public submissions, along with administration’s recommendations, will be presented to Spruce Grove City Council in November 2013 for final review and approval. The end result will be the 2014 - 2016 Corporate Plan, which is the City’s principal guiding document for governance, community development, and service delivery and outlines our plans and projects for the next three years.
Once Spruce Grove City Council has formally adopted the 2014 - 2016 Corporate Plan, residents and groups who made a submission will be advised in writing of the status of their request.
The next opportunity for residents and community groups to make a submission to the City for consideration in the corporate planning process will be in early 2014.
