Retail Gap Analysis
The Retail Gap Analysis study 
specifically assesses the retail supply, surplus and/or leakage in the City of Spruce Grove. This study identifies merchandise categories and retailers that are deemed to be a compatible fit for the City and which could be targeted to diversify and strengthen the economic positioning of Spruce Grove.
A detailed Consumer Intercept Survey , prepared by Keyfax Market Research, is an integral part of the Retail Gap Analysis where the residents of Spruce Grove and surrounding communities were randomly interviewed to ascertain their preferences for merchandise categories/store types and retailers in the City of Spruce Grove.
